Terms of Service

By inviting the One Piece Realms Discord bot (the "Bot") to a server, by using any of its slash commands, or by visiting onepiecerealms.com(the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and stop using the Website.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. If the law in your country requires a higher minimum age for online services (e.g. 16 in parts of the EU), you must meet that age instead.

One Piece Realms is a free-to-play, fan-made card-collection and battle game inspired by the One Piece anime and manga. The game involves:

• Pulling randomized character cards ("/roll", chests).
• In-game currency called "berries" — earned via gameplay, never purchasable with real money.
• PvP battles, cooperative raids, server-vs-server and crew-vs-crew wars.
• Leaderboards, achievements, daily login streaks, quests, and tournaments.

We may add, modify or remove features at any time without prior notice.

Card pulls (/roll, chest openings) are determined by a weighted pseudo-random algorithm. Approximate drop rates are published on the Website and may be updated for balance reasons. There is no guarantee of pulling any specific card, rarity, or outcome. No real money is involved at any stage.

The Bot does not accept any form of payment, in-app purchase, or premium subscription. All in-game items, currency and rewards have zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any real-world asset. Selling, trading or auctioning in-game items for real money is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, race conditions, or unintended behaviour for unfair advantage.
• Use alt-accounts, multi-accounting, or automation (selfbots, scripts, macros) against the Bot.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players via the Bot's social features (crews, wars, leaderboards).
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Bot's API beyond the documented public endpoints.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension at our sole discretion.

Crew names, crew descriptions, profile bios, and custom titles are user-generated. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit anything that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes intellectual property, or violates Discord's Community Guidelines. We may remove any user-generated content at any time without notice.

One Piece is a registered trademark of Eiichiro Oda / Shueisha / Toei Animation. One Piece Realms is an unofficial fan project; we claim no ownership of any One Piece characters, artwork, names or settings. Character images displayed by the Bot and Website are sourced from the One Piece Wiki (Fandom) under fair use. We do not monetize this content. If you are a rights-holder and want content removed, contact us (see § 13).

The original code, design, logos, branding ("One Piece Realms" wordmark, jolly-roger logo, banner) and the Website's content are © 2026 09Clicks, all rights reserved.

The Bot and Website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, data preservation, or any particular outcome. Your in-game progress could be lost due to technical issues, and we accept no liability for such loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 09Clicks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot or Website. Total aggregate liability is limited to EUR 50.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your servers and may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence remain unaffected.
